Puppy Purchase Agreement
Puppy sold with a limited registration, means that the Buyer has no breeding rights. Buyer has 6 months to spay/neuter this puppy. Buyer must send the Seller an original copy of a certified letter signed from the veterinarian who performed the surgery. Upon receipt of this letter, Seller will then mail the Buyer the puppy's registration papers. Failure to send this letter from the veterinarian within the said time, will cause the Buyer to have a puppy with no paperwork and will void/null any agreement below between the Seller and Buyer. Once Seller agrees to sell a puppy to a Buyer, Buyer agrees to mail the Seller a non-refundable check in the amount of $500.00 along with this signed contract.(Buyer initials___) Once the check is received, Seller agrees to reserve a puppy for the Buyer and Buyer is now on a priority list. The full purchase price of this puppy is $2500(Buyer initials___) and the balance of $2000 is due in full 4 weeks prior to the Seller delivering the puppy to the Buyer (Buyer initials___)
If this puppy is being shipped via Airlines, an additional fee of $365(Buyer initials___), which includes flight, food and crate, $365 will be added to the balance of $2000 making the total amount due $2365(Buyer initials___). Puppy will not be delivered unless balance is paid in full 4 weeks prior to shipping. (Buyer initials___)
Upon receipt of the $500.00 deposit, the Seller acknowledges that the Buyer is purchasing a puppy with LIMITED REGISTRATION (Seller initials___). This deposit is only refundable if not enough puppies were whelped to supply the Buyer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seller represents:
The puppy being sold has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian and was found to be in good health.
That due to unknown hereditary and environmental causes, no guarantee will be given against hips, eyes or heart disease found in said puppy. That however, should said puppy be diagnosed by a board certified specialist as being affected by one of the above defects, the Seller will at their discretion take the puppy back and replace it with a puppy from another breeding within 24 months for hips and 12 months for eyes and heart defects. There will be no refunds given for said puppy at anytime under this agreement.
The original Buyer(s) agrees:
That this puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt.
That this puppy will be given proper medical care including, but not limited to vaccinations and annual booster, regular deworming, adequate and proper shade and housing in a fenced yard or kennel.
That all veterinary fees and expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Under no circumstances will the Seller be responsible in any way for any expenses of this animal that is not in the Sellers possession.
In case of dispute buyer gives up all rights to a jury or civil trial and agrees to binding arbitration, at the buyer’s expense, in the county that the puppy was purchased from.
That the Buyer will use the prefix English Golden Angels at the beginning of the dog’s registered name.
The undersigned Buyer and Seller have read this contract and their signatures affixed herein attest to their complete understanding and agreement of the contents herein. This agreement shall be considered a legal and binding contract entered into by consenting adults of their own free will. There are no verbal promises or commitments offered to the Buyer on this puppy.
